Yes. As long as your RV is connected to shore power, your RV will work without a battery.
Keep in mind that if your RV’s converter isn’t working, then your RV won’t work. Usually, everything is fine with your RV’s converter so that’s why I said it would work as long as it’s connected to shore power.
It’s always better to have a battery on your RV because you’ll have that as a backup if your shore power does go out.
