When you look for gifts for RV owners, it can be hard to buy gifts for the camper who has everything.
You can get a little sneaky, though, and find out what they don’t have so you can buy the perfect gift. If they aren’t a solo camper, you can enlist their co-camper to do some recon to see if:
- They don’t have the thing you want to buy them
- They do want the thing you want to buy them
Be careful that they don’t talk it up too much though or they might make them want to buy it. If they do, make them stall so you can gift it to them before they actually do buy it.
That being said, we’re going to look at the less common gift for RVers first so you can find something for anyone. There is bound to be something in this category that an RVer hasn’t got in their RV—even after a long time RVing.
Less Common Gifts for RVers
Some of these might be a little quirky, but the RVer in your life will appreciate them.
These 12 43-foot outdoor string lights are LED, waterproof, they can change to multiple colors or you can opt for the warm white which looks really classy.

No one likes a nasty, leaky, stinky "honey pot" if they can help it and it's even more fun when you get this as a gift instead of having to buy it yourself.

Common Gifts for RVers
These are a little on the common side but they are still adorable and a lot of people will like them and haven’t seen them yet.
Practical Gifts for RVers
Sometimes we know we need something, but we don’t buy it. If you know the RVer in your life needs these things, they’ll appreciate them—even though they’re practical.
Can you back up the RV without a backup camera? Yes.
Can you lose your ever-loving mind when backing up without a backup camera? Also, yes.

It's easy to leave these things behind at campgrounds or in some rare cases, you might even break them.
Outdoor Gifts for RVers
Part of RVing is enjoying the great outdoors. Here are some things that will help your loved one enjoy the outdoors as they RV.
This is pretty cool if you camp around trees or if you want to take a hike and hang out under trees.

Buying the Perfect Gift for RVers
Honestly, the perfect gift for RVers is the one that you thought out and knew they would want. That makes me go back to the beginning where you do some research and get some people to help you out.
These are some great ideas, and if you do a little more research, you’ll be able to figure out which one makes the most sense for your RVer gift.
